Can I use a trim belt or wrap myself while using Gel-V®?Yes, clients have had better results using a trim belt to burn and sweat more while working out and to mold the torso and tone up the skin while being at home.
Does Gel-V® only work on abs?No, it can be used on abs, thighs, arms, and glutes.
What amount of Gel-V® should I use and how?I recommend a spoonful but if you're not sweating enough use a bit more. Massage yourself hard 3 minutes (with your knuckles) until it dries and immediately head to your workout.
Does Gel-V® only work with cardio?No, it works with any High intensity workout 3 -5 times a week. I PROMOTE FASTED CARDIO(on an empty stomach) because that’s what works for me. I do the elliptical machine at 8-9 MPH
